Megan Russell ’00 helped lead the USI women’s soccer team to the NCAA II Quarterfinals and was an All-American in 1998. Russell was a two-time All-Region, three-time All-GLVC, and four-time Academic All-GLVC performer. She still holds the school records for points in a match (7), points in a season (38), and assists in a season (14). Russell also is tied for the all-time school records for goals in a match (3) and goals in a single season (12). The four-time USI team captain also was recognized for her art talents at the 2000 Olympics.
