Hall of Fame
Karianne Osowski ’95 M’00 earned first-team Academic All-America honors and was the GLVC Player of the Year in 1995 when the Eagles advanced to the NCAA II Tournament for the first time in the program’s history. A member of USI’s first two GLVC championship teams (1993 and 1995), Osowski earned All-Region and Academic All-District accolades in 1994 and 1995. She still holds the USI single-season (230) and single-game (21) records for strikeouts and ranks fourth all-time in innings pitched (464), complete games (63), wins (43), and shutouts (16). She also is second all-time at USI in career ERA (1.22).
