University of Southern Indiana Athletics

A member of the USI women’s basketball team from 1994-98, Eileen Weber helped lead the Screaming Eagles to a 100-16 record and four straight NCAA II Tournament appearances. Weber is the only USI women’s player to earn All-GLVC honors four times. She started her career as the GLVC Newcomer of the Year and finished as the GLVC Player of the Year. The two-time All-American (1997 and 1998) helped lead the Eagles to the 1997 NCAA II National Championship game, where she was named to the Elite Eight All-Tournament team. Weber still ranks second all-time at USI in scoring and rebounding. She is fourth in games played.

Weber attended USI on a Presidential Scholarship and was named Academic All-GLVC in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
