USI WTEN loses on the road at SEMO

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.- University of Southern Indiana Women's Tennis lost a tough match at Southeast Missouri State University on Saturday afternoon, 6-1, marking the third Ohio Valley Conference loss of the season.
 
Doubles
The Redhakws claimed possession of the doubles point with a win on the threes court over Rylie Wilkison and Claire Meyer (6-0), then a close match on the ones court over juniors Antonia Ferrarini and Sofia Davidoff (7-5). Before leaving the match unfinished, Anais Negrail and Enna Krnjic were leading 6-5 on the doubles two-court.
 
Singles
SEMO recorded wins on all but one of the singles matches. Junior Negrail produced the lone point for the Screaming Eagles on the singles five court (6-3, 6-4). This win marks Negrail's third in a row and fifth of the season.
