EVANSVILLE, Ind.---The University of Southern Indiana Women's Tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Lewis University Saturday morning in a GLVC match at Wesselman Park.

Trailing 2-1 entering singles play, the Eagles earned a pair of victories at number five and six singles. Freshman
Kelsey Shipman topped her opponent at number five singles 6-0, 6-1, while Mizikar achieved her fourth singles victory of the season at number six.
The Eagles return to action with a non-conference match against Kentucky Wesleyan College Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at the USI Tennis Courts. Following the match against the Panthers, USI returns to GLVC competition with a Friday match against St. Joseph's College on Friday at 10 a.m. in Rennselaer, Indiana and a Saturday match at noon against McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois.
