CEDARVILLE, Ohio—Three University of Southern Indiana women's tennis players recorded a pair of wins Saturday as the Screaming Eagles defeated host Cedarville University, 8-1, to record their first victory of the 2013-14 campaign.
USI (1-1) swept through doubles play before earning five victories in singles action to post the Midwest Region win.
Senior 
Morgan Coquerille won at No. 1 doubles and No. 1 singles, while sophomore 
Elizabeth Skinner and freshman 
Brenna Wu teamed for a win at No. 2 doubles before recording triumphant decisions No. 4 and No. 3 singles, respectively.
Though only officially being credited with one win, freshman 
Miranda Camp and senior 
Shannon Joyce each posted a pair of victories. The duo paired for a win at No. 3 doubles before earning victories in exhibition singles matches.
The Eagles return to action Sunday at noon (CDT) when they visit the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia.
