GEORGETOWN, Ky.—The University of Southern Indiana women's tennis team saw a one-match lead heading into singles play fall by the wayside as host Georgetown College (Ky.) rallied for a 5-4 victory in the Screaming Eagles' 2013-14 season-opener.

USI (0-1) posted 8-4 wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles to forge a 2-1 lead, but the Tigers earned straight-set victories at No. 3, No. 5, and No. 6 singles before getting a three-set win at No. 2 singles to complete the comeback.

Senior Morgan Coquerille and sophomore Elizabeth Skinner each picked up a pair of wins to lead the Eagles. Coquerille, who paired with Skinner for a win at No. 2 doubles, earned a 6-1, 6-0 decision at No. 1 singles, while Skinner recorded a 6-3, 6-4 victory at No. 4 singles.

The Eagles return to action Saturday at noon (CDT) when they visit Midwest Region foe Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.
