EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana men's tennis team collected its 11th victory of the season with a dominating 5-0 non-conference win over visiting University of Illinois-Springfield Sunday at the USI Tennis Courts.

USI (11-1) won all three doubles matches before winning at number five and six singles, respectively, to clinch the match. The two teams did not play 1-4 singles due to weather.

Sophomore Diego Gimenez and junior Joseph Boesing picked up an 8-4 win at number one, while freshmen Ben Boesing and Juan Quiroz racked up an 8-3 win at number two doubles.

The duo of sophomores Nathan Lattimer and Ben Roeser rounded out USI's doubles victories with an 8-4 win at three doubles.

USI clinched the match when freshman Robert Neiters picked up a straight-set victory at number five singles. Junior Ben Hamm also had a straight-set victory at number six singles.

The Screaming Eagles return to action when they square off against No. 25 Abilene Christian University Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. (CDT) in French Lick, Indiana.
