EVANSVILLE, Ind.- University of Southern Indiana Swimming and Diving reveals the 2026-27 schedule on Thursday.
 
The Screaming Eagles will kick off the season at the USI Aquatic Center on September 25 and 26 with an Alumni Meet and the Red and Blue Scrimmage.
 
USI will hit the road for the first time on October 9 at Valparaiso University for a head-to-head. Then the Eagles head north to the University of Illinois Chicago for a dual meet against the Flames and the University of Northern Iowa on October 10.
 
The Eagles will return home on October 24 to host crosstown rival the University of Evansville in the USI Aquatic Center, then they close out the month hosting Bellarmine University on October 31.
 
To close out the 2026 side of the schedule, the Screaming Eagles will travel north to Indiana University Indianapolis to compete in the House of Champions meet on November 19-21.
 
Opening the 2027 slate, USI will head to Saint Louis University on January 16. The Eagles will take on Summit League opponent Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois on January 22.
 
USI will travel to Deaconess Aquatic Center to take on UE again on January 29. The diving team will travel to Chicago on February 6 for the UIC Diving Invite for the fifth year in a row.
 
The Summit League Championships are slated to take place on February 24-27 in Iowa City, Iowa, on the campus of the University of Iowa in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center Natatorium. Sam Smith made school history as the first Screaming Eagle to take home a conference championship in the 200 butterfly race with a record time.

The Screaming Eagles are coming off a successful 2025-26 campaign, where several school records were set, five athletes were named to the All-Summit League Team, and two divers were sent to the NCAA Zone Championships for the first time.
