NASHVILLE, Tenn.- University of Southern Indiana Men's Tennis drops its second Horizon League match of the season at Belmont University, 5-2, on Thursday afternoon.
Doubles
The Bruins won the double point with wins on the number two and three courts. Senior
Axel Sabourin and freshman
Kalani Hibbert dropped their match as the doubles two pair (6-3). Then, senior
Mathys Bove and sophomore
Adam Koon lost as the doubles three pair (6-2).
Singles
The Screaming Eagles claimed wins in two out of the six singles matches. Bove recorded a win on the singles three-court, marking his second win in a row since starting Horizon League play against Tennessee Tech University (6-3, 6-2). Sophomore
Jy Hibbert tallied his sixth win of the season and first conference win on court four (6-1, 6-3).
