Jon Aldridge has been selected as Director of Athletic Marketing and Fan Engagement at the University of Southern Indiana, effective Monday, March 16. He will report to Kindra Strupp, Vice President for Marketing and Communication, and Jon Mark Hall, Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics.
As Director of Athletic Marketing and Fan Engagement, Aldridge will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of athletic marketing, including branding initiatives, marketing communications, community activities and game experiences. He will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and reputation of USI Athletics both within the University and externally.
Prior to the Director role, Aldridge served as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at USI since 2020, where he implemented game strategy and planning, worked to recruit regional and non-regional talent, coordinated all team travel, was the team academic coordinator and more.
He earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Indianapolis in 2017 and a master's degree in sport management from USI in 2021.
