COCOA BEACH, Fla.—The University of Southern Indiana women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 setback to Midwest region foe Ferris State University Wednesday afternoon at the Racket Club of Cocoa Beach in Cocoa Beach, Florida. USI falls to (7-3) on the season, while the Bulldogs rise to 16-8.
Play opened with the Bulldogs taking all three doubles matches, as the Screaming Eagles recorded victories in just seven games in doubles play. Junior

Jennifer Mizikar battled with Ferris State at number three singles before falling 8-5.
The Bulldogs stormed through singles competition with the Eagles grabbing just one match victory. The lone triumph came at number three singles, as Wilm won in straight-sets, 6-2, 6-4.
The Screaming Eagles continue their Spring Break trip with a contest against Bentley University Thursday at 10 a.m. (CDT) in Cocoa Beach.
