EVANSVILLE, Ind.--- The University of Southern Indiana women's tennis team is looking to break a four-match losing streak as it plays host to Ferris State University of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in a 6 p.m. match Saturday at the Evansville Tennis Center.
The following day, the Screaming Eagles head to Edwardsville, Illinois, to take on Division I opponent Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (4-3) for a 1 p.m. contest.
USI, which is 2-5 overall, is coming off a 0-9 loss to Austin Peay State University. While the Bulldogs, who are seventh in the GLIAC and sport an 8-11-2 overall record, come to Evansville looking for their first win of the spring season. Ferris State swept the Eagles, 0-9, during the last matchup between the two back in 2011.
