TIFFIN, Ohio—The No. 22 University of Southern Indiana men's tennis team rallied from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Tiffin University, 6-3, in a Midwest Region match Friday.
After suffering setbacks at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, the Screaming Eagles (4-0) earned victories at No. 1-5 singles to earn the come-from-behind victory.

Jack Joyce and freshman
Joe Bray paced the Eagles with a pair of victories. The duo paired for an 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles before picking up straight-set wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively.
Also picking up wins in singles action were senior
Santiago Lopez, sophomore
Joel Stern, and freshman
Josh Walden. Lopez and Walden won in straight sets at No. 3 and No. 5 singles, respectively, while Stern earned a three-set win at No. 4 singles.
The Eagles return to action Saturday at 1 p.m. (CST) when they visit The University of Findlay for another Midwest Region match.
