INDIANAPOLIS, IN – University of Southern Indiana men's tennis junior
Christoph Burger(Germany) was named All-GLVC in a vote by the conference coaches.
Burger was USI's top player in 2006-07, posting an 18-7 overall singles. He had a 13-5 dual match mark at number one singles, 2-3 in the GLVC.
In doubles, Burger paired with sophomore
Bodene Scott (Australia) to record an overall doubles mark of 8-15. Burger and Scott had a 6-12 dual match mark in number one doubles, 1-3 in the GLVC.

USI men's tennis wins season finale
USI 5, OCU 4
EVANSVILLE, Ind. The University of Southern Indiana men's tennis team won its season finale, 5-4, at Oakland City University Tuesday afternoon in Oakland City, Indiana. USI finishes the year 6-17, while OCU falls to 8-3.
The Screaming Eagles took the lead 2-1 after doubles play. Junior
Christoph Burger (Germany) and sophomore
Bodene Scott (Australia) won 8-2 at number one, while juniors
Andrew McGuire(Greenwood, Indiana) and
Ryan McDaniel (Bargersville, Indiana) won at number two, 8-4.
In the singles, McGuire and Scott clinched the victory for the Eagles by winning tie-breakers. McGuire won at number two singles by taking the tie-breaker 15-13, while Scott posted a victory a t number four singles with a 10-4 tie-breaker triumph.
