BLOOMINGTON, Ind.–The University of Southern Indiana men's tennis team lost to Indiana University, 7-0, Saturday afternoon in Bloomington, Indiana. USI falls to 3-5 in 2004-05, while IU goes to 5-8.
USI sophomore number one player
Joe Epkey (Greenwood, Indiana) had the closest match of the day for the Eagles losing 7-6 (7-4), 6-3. The loss was the first of the year in a dual match for Epkey.
The Eagles will open GLVC action next week, March 25, when they host the University of Indianapolis for a 3 p.m. match at the USI Tennis Courts.
