EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Dates have been announced for the
newly redesigned Coach Ram Baseball Camps for Summer 2026. The new youth baseball summer camp series is designed to bring camps to the players with satellite locations.
The Coach Ram Baseball Camps are scheduled for June 8-10 on the USI campus; June 16-17 at the Newburgh Junior Baseball Fields; June 30-July 1 at the Golfmoore Baseball Complex; and July 13-15 at the McCutchanville Baseball Complex. The satellite locations around town will provide more convenient opportunities for parents to bring campers around work and summer schedules.
"I am extremely excited to announce the 'Evansville Area Satellite Camp Series," said USI Baseball Head Coach
Chris Ramirez. "My goal is to provide as many opportunities as possible for the USI Baseball program and our players to connect with the community and make baseball fun for the kids in the area!
"We will kick off the summer on campus with our big 3-day camp at USI," continues Ramirez. "Then, thanks to the help from our local leagues, we will move the camp to a field near you. All camps are open for all to register, so we hope to see you a few times this summer!"
The camps USI Youth Baseball Summer Camp Series is designed to provide a fun baseball experience for boys and girls ages 5-13 throughout the greater Evansville area, no matter where the players live or what league they may belong to. Campers will receive small group instruction from USI Baseball players and coaches throughout the week. Sandlot baseball games and drills will make for a fun and competitive week for campers of all skill levels.
