EVANSVILLE, Ind. – University of Southern Indiana Men's Golf tees it up this week at the Bradley University Coyote Creek Classic at Coyote Creek Golf Club in Bartonville, Illinois.

Making their first appearance in the classic, the Screaming Eagles will play 36 holes on Sunday and 18 holes on Monday. Both days are shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m. Coyote Creek Golf Club is a par 71 at 6,613 yards.

USI and host Bradley will also compete against the University of Evansville, University of Illinois Springfield, Lindenwood University, and Illinois Central College.

USI Men's Golf is making a quick turnaround after tying for 13th last week at the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Dolenc Invitational. The Screaming Eagles finished at 18 over par for a total of 870 (287-285-298). Interestingly enough, this week's host, Bradley, won the Dolenc Invitational for the program's first team title since 2018 with a team score of 15 under par at 837 (272-278-287).

Graduate student Jonas Arnstrom-Bakker led the way for the Screaming Eagles last week, tying for eighth on the individual leaderboard with a score of five under par and a total of 208, including two sub-70 rounds (68-69-71). His 208 tied for second-best in program history among the top individual 54-hole scores. Arnstrom-Bakker turned in his first top-10 as a Screaming Eagle and the second top-10 by a USI golfer this year.

Sophomore Ingtawan Wangrungwichaisri, who notched USI's first top-10 of the year a few weeks ago at the Grover Page Classic, got off to a quick start at the Dolenc Invitational with a first-round 68. Freshman Loic Simard tallied a team-high 14 birdies in last week's competition.

Arnstrom-Bakker, Wangrungwichaisri, and Simard will be joined in the scoring lineup this week at the Coyote Creek Classic by junior Alex Peck and sophomore Weston Hardy. Freshman Branson Adwell will compete as an individual. Adwell is making his USI tournament debut.
