EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The annual USI Night Flight returns to the University of Southern Indiana July 29 and participants can
reserve their spot now.
Participants can sign-up in two categories for the four-mile event, which consists of both a run/walk and a race walk (walk only). Pre-registration costs for either competition are $25, while the Half-Mile Kids' Dash is free for children ages 8-and-under. Regular registration is $30.
Pre-registration ends July 28 (11:59 p.m. CDT) for the $25 rate, while registration at the $30 rate opens July 29 (12 a.m. CDT). The first 200 to register for the four-mile run/walk receive a t-shirt.
All race activities from start to finish will take place on the USI campus and the USI-Burdette Trail. Race Day registration is from 6:30-8 p.m., while the "Half-Mile Kids' Dash is set to begin at 8 p.m. The four-mile run/walk is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m., with the awards to follow.
Proceeds for the event, which is presented by Seal Corp USA, benefit the USI Cross Country/Track & Field programs.
