The University of Southern Indiana men's and women's track and field teams each recorded first-place finishes in the Distance Medley Relay Friday night at the Eastern Illinois University Friday Night Special in Charleston, Illinois.

USI's men finished the race with a time of 10 minutes, 17.75 seconds, while the women finished with a time of 12 minutes, 4.07 seconds.

Junior Abby Boberg (Bicknell, Indiana) and sophomore Molly Gilland (Osgood, Indiana) competed at the DePauw Indoor Classic in Greencastle, Indiana, on Saturday. Boberg finished first in the high jump with a leap of five feet, 4.25 inches, while Gilland was fourth in the high jump with a mark of four feet, 10.25 inches.

The Screaming Eagles will compete at the GLVC Indoor Championships this Saturday in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
