EVANSVILLE, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana Women's Basketball begins a four-game road trip to close out the 2017-18 regular season Thursday 5:30 p.m. when it visits William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. The Screaming Eagles also travel to Kansas City, Missouri, Saturday for a 1 p.m. tilt against Rockhurst University.

The Eagles (21-2, 13-1 GLVC), winners of a season-high and GLVC-best 10 straight games, conclude the regular-season with visits to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside February 22 and Lewis University February 24.
USI Women's Basketball Notes (2/13/18)
• Another sweep for Eagles. USI Women's Basketball earned another two-game sweep in GLVC play after recording a 64-51 road victory over Illinois Springfield Thursday and a 68-59 Senior Night home win over Bellarmin Saturday.
• Last week's leaders. Senior forward
Morgan Dahlstrom averaged 25.5 points, 15.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game to lead the Eagles last week. Senior guard/forward
Kaydie Grooms chipped in 15.0 points and 2.0 blocks per contest, while senior guard
Randa Harshbarger contributed 8.0 points and 4.5 assists per outing.
• Dahlstrom lighting up the nets. Dahlstrom has been efficient as of late, shooting 69.0 percent (40-58) from the field in the last four games.
• Eagles showing stout defense. USI has held its last seven opponents to just 54.6 points per game and a combined shooting percentage of .317 (128-404).
• 10-game win streak. During the Eagles' 10-game win streak, Dahlstrom is leading the Eagles with 17.5 points and 12.2 rebounds per game. Grooms is chipping in 17.0 points and 2.2 steals per game, while Harshbarger is averaging 7.4 points and 4.6 assists per contest. Junior forward

Alex Davidson is contributing 8.6 points and 2.1 steals per outing.
• Season Leaders. Grooms and Dahlstrom continue to lead the Eagles in scoring with 17.5 and 16.7 points per game, respectively. Dahlstrom leads the GLVC with 10.5 rebounds per contest, while Harshbarger is averaging a team-high 3.8 assists per appearance.
• Regional rankings due out this week. The first set of NCAA Division II Midwest Region rankings will be released Wednesday. The rankings help determine the eight-team field—which consists of five at-large and three automatic qualifiers—for the NCAA II Midwest Regional.
• USI in the Top 25. USI remained No. 15 in the latest USA Today Sports/NCAA Division II Coaches' Poll, but dropped a spot to No. 10 in the latest Division II Media Poll. USI also is No. 9 in the latest Herosports.com Division II rankings and No. 12 in the Massey Ratings.
• Where do they stand? The Eagles begin the week in sole possession of first place in the latest GLVC Tournament Point Rating System with a 4.39 points average; while Drury (4.29) and Lewis (4.20) are sitting in second and third, respectively. The top eight teams will qualify for the GLVC Tournament based on the point rating system, which is detailed on page 9 of this week's notes.
• Perfect correlation? USI just closed out its third perfect home schedule in program history as it ended the 2017-18 slate with a 15-0 record. The Eagles also were 15-0 at the PAC when they advanced to the NCAA II championship game in 1996-97 and 14-0 when they earned their second trip to the NCAA II Elite Eight in 2000-01.
• On the road from here on. The Eagles will play their final four regular-season games on the road before the GLVC Tournament March 1-4 at the Vadalabene Center in Edwardsville, Illinois.
• What's ahead? USI visits GLVC West Division foes William Jewell Thursday and Rockhurst Saturday before ending the regular-season with trips to East Division opponents UW-Parkside (February 22) and Lewis (February 24).
• Senior success. USI honored Dahlstrom, Grooms and Harshbarger following its win over Bellarmine Saturday night. The trio has helped lead USI to an 84-27 overall record and a 51-17 mark in GLVC play in the last four years. They have played in a combined 314 games, recording 2,821 points, 1,420 rebounds, 648 assists, 133 blocks and 429 steals.
• A look at William Jewell. Junior forward Kayla Harrell averages 12.9 points per game to lead the Cardinals (11-10, 8-6 GLVC), who are coming off a heart-breaking 59-58 setback to Illinois Springfield.
• A look at Rockhurst. Sophomore guard Madeline Ronshausen and senior guard Jillian Myers average 15.9 and 12.0 points per game, respectively, to lead the Hawks (10-12, 6-8 GLVC), who have won two of the last three games despite playing six of the last seven on the road.
• Record book watch. Four players are in currently in USI's record books:
