EVANSVILLE, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana women's basketball Head Coach
Rick Stein gets a second chance at his 400th combined win at USI when the Screaming Eagles host Saint Joseph's College Thursday at 5:15 p.m. and No. 14 University of Indianapolis Saturday at 1 p.m. in Great Lakes Valley Conference contests at the Physical Activities Center.
Stein, who owns 240 wins in 15 years as the Eagles' Head Coach and 159 victories in eight seasons as an assistant coach under USI Hall of Famer Chancellor Dugan, is looking for his 400th victory as USI looks to rebound from its first home loss of the year—a heartbreaking 91-89 setback to No. 10 Drury University last Saturday.

Anna Hackert is just three rebounds shy of 500 for her career. Hackert, who is averaging 30.7 points and 9.7 rebounds in USI's last three games, leads the GLVC with 21.6 points per game. She is averaging a league-best 26.3 points per outing in conference-only games.
USI (9-3, 3-1 GLVC), which is receiving votes in the latest USA Today Sports Top 25 Coaches' Poll, leads the GLVC and ranks sixth, nationally, with its 86.0 points per game.
Saint Joseph's (3-8, 1-3 GLVC) enters the PAC after defeating Rockhurst University, 76-67, in Rensselaer, Indiana, this past Saturday.
UIndy (13-2, 4-0 GLVC), which visits Bellarmine University Thursday, owns the GLVC's longest winning streak (9).
The Eagles, who play three times in five days, begin a three-game road trip Monday at 4:45 p.m. (CST) when they visit Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
