EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana women's basketball team is gearing up for round two against the Great Lakes Valley Conference East Division, beginning with its bout with No. 24 Lewis University Thursday at 5:15 p.m. at the Physical Activities Center.

The Eagles, who were 4-3 in their first go-around against East Division opponents, are looking to exact a little revenge when they host Lewis and UW-Parkside; and in doing so, stay in the hunt for the East Division title and a bye into the quarterfinal round of the Deaconess GLVC Basketball Championship Tournament.

The Eagles, who are 11-0 at the PAC this season, are looking to add to a two-game winning streak when it takes the court against Lewis. USI defeated Bellarmine University, 67-58, at the PAC last Thursday before rallying from a 13-point first half deficit to top McKendree University, 73-63, two days later in Lebanon, Illinois.
