EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The No. 23-ranked University of Southern Indiana softball team returns to action this weekend when it takes part in the University of Alabama-Huntsville Charger Chillout in Decatur, Alabama.
USI (1-3) plays the University of West Georgia and Great Lakes Region foe Wayne State University Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively. The Screaming Eagles play Delta State University Saturday at 11 a.m. and No. 12-ranked Alabama-Huntsville Saturday at 3 p.m., before finishing the weekend with games against Georgia College & State University and the University of North Alabama Sunday at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.

The Eagles open the Division II Rebel Spring Games March 4 in Orlando, Florida. They return to the Evansville area when they take travel to Oakland City, Indiana, to take on Oakland City University March 14.
