CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets, posting a top finish of 19th at the Stegemoller Classic and the UE Invitational...did not compete at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 800 meters, the mile, the distance medley relay, and the 4x400-meter relay...finished 22nd in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place showing at the league meet...helped USI's DMR squad to a win and an NCAA II provisional qualifying time at the UIndy Relays. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in the 800 meters, the 1,500 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the 4x400-meter relay...was 16th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a ninth-place finish at the league meet.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Springfield High School in Springfield, Illinois, where he varsity letters in cross country and track and was a high school teammate of USI's Tyler Pence...earned All-State honors in cross country as a junior in 2011 when he finished 20th at the IHSA Class 2A Championships...helped SHS to a second-place finish at the 2010 IHSA Class 2A Cross Country Championships and a fourth-place showing in 2011...on the track, helped SHS's 4x800-meter relay team to Central State Eight Conference titles in 2012 and 2013 as well as a sectional championship in 2012.
