2024 CROSS COUNTRY
• Raced in four meets, posting one top-seven finish for the Eagles.
• Ran No. 6 for the Eagles when he carded a season-best finish of 16th at the UT Martin OVC Preview.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2024-25 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Ran in six meets, making appearances in the 800 meters, 1,000 meters, mile, distance medley relay and the 4x400-meter relay.
• Helped USI's DMR team to a podium finish (3rd) at the OVC Championships.
• Aided USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a school-record time of 3:26.59 at the OVC Championships.
• Finished 11th in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Championships.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2025 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
• Appeared in five meets and four events, including the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, 5,000 meters and 4x400-meter relay.
• Helped USI's 4x400-meter relay to a ninth-place finish at the OVC Championships.
• Finished 16th in the 800 meters at the OVC Championships.
• Posted personal-bests in the 800 meters (1:53.17) and the 1,500 meters (3:55.35) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
• Also had a personal-best in the 5,000 meters (15:40.61) at the season-opening WashU Distance Carnival.
• Named to OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

TRANSFER
• Transferred to USI from Heartland Community College in Normal, Illinois.
• Finished 22nd at the 2023 NJCAA Division II National Championships with a personal-best 8k time of 25:54.2.
• Competed in only one season of cross country and two seasons of track & field.
• Qualified for the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1,500 meters.

HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Bismarck-Henning High School in Biscmarck, Illinois.
