CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in all seven meets during his senior year...ran in USI's top seven five times, including the GLVC Championships where he finished 16th...was 30th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 187th at the NCAA II National Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 800 meters, the 1,000 meters, the mile, and the 4x400-meter relay during the indoor season...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place finish at the GLVC Indoor Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters during the outdoor campaign...finished 29th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2014-15
OVERALL: Earned one All-America award, three All-Midwest Region honors, and three All-GLVC accolades. CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 40th at the NCAA II National Championships...also earned All-GLVC honors with his 11th-place showing at the GLVC Championships...also finished 32nd at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...ran in USI's top seven in six meets and was a top-five finisher for the Eagles five times...was USI's No. 3 finisher at the national meet. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Garnered first-team All-GLVC honors in both the mile and the distance medley relay after finishing first in each event at the GLVC Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in the mile and the DMR after posting NCAA II provisional qualifying times in both events...also competed in the 3,000 meters as well as the 800 meters during the indoor season...finished 25th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 1,500 meters after posting a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the event...finished 16th in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA II Championships and fourth in the event at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 800 meters and the 5,000 meters...earned GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors after posting a provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational.

2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in just one meet, finishing 32nd at the season-opening Stegemoller Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors in the mile after finishing seventh in the finals of the event at the NCAA II Championships...garnered All-Midwest Region honors in the mile...earned first-team All-GLVC accolades in the mile and first-team All-GLVC honors in the distance medley relay after winning both events at the GLVC Championships...also qualified for the NCAA II Championships in the 3,000 meters, where he finished 15th...helped USI's DMR squad post a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times...also helped USI's DMR squad to a school-record time at the GLVC Championships...recorded a pair of first-place finishes in both the mile and the 4x400-meter relay as well as one first-place showing in the 3,000 meters...also competed in the 4x400-meter relay. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors in the 1,500 meters after finishing sixth in the finals of the event at the NCAA II Championships...had the lead in the 1,500 meters at the national meet with 200 meters to go before finishing just over three seconds off the winning pace...also competed in the 5,000 meters at the national meet, but was unable to finish the race after competing in the 1,500 meter finals earlier in the day...earned second-team All-GLVC honors in the 1,500 meters after finishing second in the event at the GLVC Championships...also was eighth in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet...named the GLVC Track Athlete of the Week after finishing fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...finished first in the 1,500 meters at the Billiken Invitational and first in the 800 meters at the EIU Last Chance Twilight...also competed in the 4x400-meter relay.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GLVC Freshman of the Year honors as well as All-GLVC and Academic All-Conference accolades after finishing seventh at the GLVC Championships...finished 36th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 128th at the NCAA II National Championships...was in USI's top five in four meets and ran top seven for the Eagles in each of the six meets he competed in. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors in the mile and second-team All-Conference accolades in the distance medley relay...was USI's top competitor in the 800 meters and the mile during the indoor season...finished first in the mile at the GLVC Championships and was sixth in the 800 meters at the league meet...helped USI's DMR squad to a second-place showing at the conference meet...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the mile...also finished first in the mile at the Tom Hathaway Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors and second-team All-GLVC honors in the 1,500 meters after posting an NCAA II provisional qualifying time at the Louisville Cardinal Twilight...finished first in the 1,500 meters at the Cardinal Twilight and was second in the event at the GLVC Championships...qualified for the NCAA II Championships in the 1,500 meters, where he finished 15th...recorded an eighth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...missed out on a provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters by less than five seconds...also competed in the 800 meters and the 4x400-meter relay during the outdoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for track and field.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Mater Dei High School in Evansville, Indiana, where he earned varsity letters in cross country and track...earned a pair of All-State honors on the track...finished sixth in the 3,200 meters and seventh in the 1,600 meters at the IHSAA Track and Field Championships as a senior in 2012...finished 70th at the 2011 IHSAA Cross Country Championships.
