EVANSVILLE, Ind. – University of Southern Indiana Softball is gearing up for its 2025 fall season, scheduling eight games across five dates.
 
The Screaming Eagles' fall schedule is as follows (all times listed are Central):

• Saturday, September 20, home doubleheader against Southwestern Illinois College starting at 2 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 24, home doubleheader against Wabash Valley College starting at 4 p.m.
• Friday, September 26, single game against the University of Evansville at Deaconess Sports Park at 7 p.m.
• Saturday, September 27, single game against Frontier Community College at Deaconess Sports Park at 10 a.m.
• Friday, October 10, home doubleheader against Lake Land College starting at 6 p.m.

 
All contests are at USI Softball Field except for September 26-27 at Deaconess Sports Park across town in Evansville.
 
The upcoming 2026 championship season will be USI's first as a full-fledged NCAA Division I member and eligible for NCAA postseason championship berths. The Screaming Eagles went 17-25 overall and 13-11 in Ohio Valley Conference play in 2024. USI placed fourth in the OVC to earn a third consecutive OVC Tournament berth.
