The University of Southern Indiana Varsity Club Steak Fry 'n Auction is returning this fall! The event will be held September 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Discovery Lodge. Reservations will be taken until September 4.
 
Tickets are $65 per person or $750 for a corporate table (seats 8) and can be purchased online.
 
Enjoy Angus Beef steaks provided by Old Fashioned Butcher Shoppe and charcoal-grilled by past presidents of the West Side Nut Club. At the same time, a silent auction will precede a live auction, conducted by Wilson Auction & Realty. Both auctions will have some of the best bargains around, including golf packages, entertainment packages, exclusive Liberty Arena - Home of the Screaming Eagles - promotions, and more.
 
Proceeds from the Steak Fry 'n Auction benefit the Varsity Club's mission of providing nearly $200,000 in scholarship and athletic program support for our student-athletes in 2025-26.
