Capel Henshaw joined the USI Athletics staff in 2024 as the Assistant Athletic Director of Development for the Screaming Eagles. Henshaw will serve as the direct contact for the Varsity Club, donor relations, and other external related activities within Athletics.
Henshaw's experience comes from Division II Lewis University where he served as Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations. Prior to that role, he served as Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and was also a former member of the Lewis Men's Basketball team.
A native of Harrisburg, Illinois, Henshaw graduated from Lewis University with a bachelor's in sport management and a master's in business administration.
Henshaw and his wife, Caroline, reside in Evansville.
