USI is coming off a 2-0 defeat at home against Miami University (Ohio) on Sunday. The Redhawks scored once in each half of the match. With quality looks hard to come by, USI had three shots go off the goal frame in the second half. Sophomore midfielders
Grace Bamber (Chesterton, Indiana) and

Redshirt sophomore goalkeeper

Austin Peay (2-3-1) is the second of three Atlantic Sun Conference teams USI has on the non-conference schedule. The Screaming Eagles previously played Eastern Kentucky University on August 25, falling 1-0, and will host Bellarmine University on Sunday following Thursday's trip to Austin Peay.
Last time out, the Governors lost their third straight game, falling 2-1 at home against Ball State University last Thursday. Ball State jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first 25 minutes. Austin Peay scored its lone tally 44 seconds into the second half of action. Ball State had the advantage on the attacking end with 19 shots to five for Austin Peay.
