ST. LOUIS, Mo.--- University of Southern Indiana Men's Tennis (4-3) was tripped up by the University of Missouri St. Louis (1-3), 6-1 Wednesday evening on the road.
The Screaming Eagles came into the match ranked ninth in the new Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Midwest Region Top 10 Coaches' Poll which came out Tuesday.
DOUBLES:
Junior Marvin Kromer and sophomore Lucas Sakamaki start the match off with a nice 6-3 victory over their opponents to up their doubles record together to 3-0 on the season.
The senior combo of Kooper Falkenstein and Spencer Blandford got their second victory together, 6-3 securing the doubles point for the Eagles.
SINGLES:
Senior Yahor Bahdanovich collected six games but could not force a tiebreaker falling in the No. 2 singles, 6-3. 7-6.
Freshman Dylan Brown also took six games from his opponent before losing in straight-sets in the No. 6 match, 6-3, 7-6 as well.
