EVANSVILLE, Ind.—Three University of Southern Indiana Women's Tennis players posted perfect 6-0 records this past weekend to lead the Screaming Eagles to a dominating 37-6 record in individual play at the Evansville Fall Invitational at Wesselman Park this past weekend. The two-day event included players from USI, Brescia University, Kentucky Wesleyan College and Oakland City University.
Junior
Elizabeth Cluck (Newburgh, Indiana) along with freshmen Kayleigh Lloyd (Carmel, Indiana) and
Madison Windham (Clarksville, Tennessee) each posted perfect marks on the weekend, while sophomore
Lauren Rowe (Terre Haute, Indiana) went 5-0, including 2-0 at Flight 1 singles.
Posting 5-1 marks for the Eagles was senior
Kylie Skepnek (Algonquin, Illinois), sophomore
Rachel McCorkle (Tulsa, Oklahoma) and freshmen
Abby Brown (Evansville, Indiana) and
Abby Myers (Evansville, Indiana), while junior
Chloe McIsaac (Fairview Heights, Illinois) went 4-1 on the weekend.
USI hosts the Broomstick Classic Fundraiser Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the USI Tennis Courts, while its spring championship season is scheduled to begin in February.
