OAKLAND CITY, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana Men's Tennis earned a 7-0 victory over host Oakland City University Tuesday afternoon.
The Screaming Eagles (10-10) cruised through doubles play, winning all three matches to take a 1-0 lead into singles action. Sophomores
Kooper Falkenstein (Jeffersonville, Indiana) and
Spencer Blandford (Louisville, Kentucky) clinched the doubles point with a win at No. 3, while freshman
Marvin Kromer (Dogern, Germany) clinched the match with his straight-set win at No. 3 singles.
USI returns to action Friday at 2 p.m. when it hosts Lewis University in a Great Lakes Valley Conference men's and women's doubleheader.
