th-ranked University of Southern Indiana baseball team completed a three-game sweep of Drury University, 4-0, Saturday afternoon in Springfield, Missouri. USI sees its record go to 11-4 overall with Drury finishing the series 4-11.
The Screaming Eagles, who are currently 4-1 on the road trip, broke a scoreless tie in the sixth inning when they scored all four of their runs on five hits and a Drury error. Senior rightfielder

Devin Williams (Evansville, Indiana) was masterful on the mound for the Eagles in posting his second win and first complete-game shutout of the year. Williams (2-1) scattered three hits and two walks, while striking out a season-best four batters in his nine innings of work.
USI finishes the road swing March 18 when they visit the University of Evansville for a 6 p.m. game at Braun Stadium. The Eagles return to the friendly surroundings of the USI Baseball Field March 19 when they start a two-game non-conference series with Quincy University. The USI-Quincy match-ups start a six-game homestand for the Eagles.
