AURORA, Ill.--- The University of Southern Indiana volleyball team concluded its time at the 2014 Great Lakes Valley Conference/Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Crossover Tournament undefeated following a 25-18, 25-14, 25-13 sweep of Walsh University Saturday afternoon. USI carries a 7-0 winning streak, improving to 15-6 overall, while Walsh drops to 1-18. 
It was a dominating three-set victory for the Screaming Eagles who were led by Juniors 
Erica Oberbroeckling (Westfield, Indiana) and 
Abbey Winter (Germantown, Illinois) with 11 kills each and a combined attacking percentage of .527. 
Defensively, every USI to set foot on the court made contact with the ball, with Oberbroeckling leading at the net, coming up with a match-high four blocks, while sophomore middle blocker 
Amy Zwissler (Bloomington, Indiana) followed up with three, and freshman libero 
Jessica Lee (Mackinaw, Illinois) racking up a match-high 12 digs.

Quin Shoultz (Columbus, Indiana) kept the pace totaling a match-high 31 assists. 
Before the start of USI's faceoff with Walsh University, the GLVC led the GLIAC 26-6, following four rounds of competition. 
The Eagles are on the road Tuesday, October 14, traveling to Nashville, Tennessee, to face off against Trevecca Nazarene University, before heading back to the Physical Activities Center for its final regular-season homestand against GLVC West Division opponents Quincy University and Truman State University. 
During Saturday's match against the Hawks of Quincy University, USI will honor its two seniors, 
Fawn Ryan (Batesville, Indiana) and 
Lauren DeShaney (Appleton, Wisconsin), each who have been with Head Coach 
Leah Mercer for the past four years. The match is slated for a 5 p.m. start time, while Sunday's against GLVC West Division leader Truman State will begin at 1 p.m.
