CHARLESTON, Ill.—Senior sprinter Tom Cunningham (Bridgeport, Illinois) posted a pair of top-10 finishes to lead the University of Southern Indiana men's indoor track and field teams Friday at the Eastern Illinois University Friday Night Special.

Cunningham finished sixth in the 60 meters with a time of 6.89 seconds and was eighth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.82 seconds.

In all, the Screaming Eagles had four top-10 performances despite running a condensed squad. Freshman Bryan Suarez (Okeechobee, Florida) placed 10th in the mile, while the team of senior Austin Inge (Ossian, Indiana), sophomores Andrew Nalin (Evansville, Indiana) and Cole Schroer (Bowling Green, Indiana), and freshman Wes Masterson (Danville, Indiana) placed seventh in the 4x400-meter relay.

USI will run a full squad when it competes at the GLVC Indoor Championships next Friday and Saturday in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
