EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana softball team is looking to ride the momentum of a seven-game winning streak when it hosts NCAA Division I Morehead State University at the new USI Softball Field on Broadway. The doubleheader starts at 2 p.m.
Junior hurler
Missy Grover (Mishawaka, Indiana) and senior outfielder

Prior to USI's winning streak, Grover was 0-3 with a 5.68 ERA and Henson was hitting just .062 with one RBI.
USI (7-8) also has got a huge lift from sophomore catcher

Anderson, who ranks fourth all-time at USI with seven career home runs, leads the Eagles with a .462 batting average and eight RBIs.
MSU (5-9), which hosts Belmont University today, is led by senior leftfielder Jessie Chin and sophomore pitcher Lauren Cook. Chin leads the MSU Eagles with a .296 batting average, while Cook has recorded a team-low 2.55 ERA.
USI will host McKendree College in a 3 p.m. doubleheader March 23, before heading for Battle Creek, Michigan, and the Great Lakes Region Showdown March 25-26. The Eagles open conference play April 3.
