Julie Collins (Merrillville, Indiana) scored with :27 to play to lift the Screaming Eagles to a 1-0 victory over Bellarmine University Sunday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky. USI raises its record to 4-8-0 overall and 2-3-0 in the GLVC, while Bellarmine goes to 8-5-0, 3-3-0 GLVC.

Casey Hrvatin (Evansville, Indiana) started the play by getting the ball to senior back/midfielder
Lisa Stucki (Evansville, Indiana), who slipped the ball through the Bellarmine defense to Collins for the goal. The assist was the first of the year for Stucki and the first collegiate assist for Hrvatin.
The shut out was Hrvatin's second of the season, facing 17 shots and making 10 saves.
The Eagles will conclude the 2004 home schedule next weekend, hosting Saint Joseph's College October 8 at 7:30 p.m. and the University of Indianapolis October 10 for Senior Day at 2:30 p.m.
