The University of Southern Indiana men's golf team placed ninth at the Bay Valley Intercollegiate in Bay Valley, Michigan. The intercollegiate was hosted by Saginaw Valley State University.
The Screaming Eagles finished the two-day tournament with a 36-hole 637 (310-327). USI also was ninth after the first round of play. Sophomore Christian Farley (Henderson, Kentucky) was USI's top player with a two-round 153 (74-79) to tie for 18th.
USI will finish the 2003-04 fall schedule at the Spectrum Fall Collegiate in Perry Park, Kentucky.
