The University of Southern Indiana softball team will play five games this Saturday and Sunday, April 12-13, in Battle Creek, Michigan, as announced by Wayne State University, the host of the GLVC/GLIAC Showdown. The Screaming Eagles will play two games on Saturday and three on Sunday.

USI will play Wayne State University (Noon) and Saginaw Valley State University (4 p.m.) on Saturday before wrapping things up on Sunday with the University of Findlay (8 a.m.), Lake Superior State University (10 a.m.), and Northwood University (2 p.m.).

Games will be played at the Flannery Fields as well as Convis Field in Battle Creek, Michigan. USI is 11-14 overall and 5-7 in the GLVC.
