The University of Southern Indiana men's golf team placed seventh in the 2003 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Indiana. USI shot a three-round 937 (313-311-319).
Junior Ryan Overby and freshman Michael Bradshaw led the Eagles, tying for 14th place with identical three-round 235 scores. Bradshaw posted USI's best single round score with a first day 76, followed by a 77 and 82 in the final two rounds. Overby tied for second on the team in the first round with a 78 before recording an 80 and 77 in the second and third rounds.
The Eagles will finish the 2002-03 season in the final NCAA Division II Regional Tournament at Deer Track Golf Course in Auburn, Indiana. The tournament dates are Sunday and Monday, April 20-21.
