Mandi Fulton ’06 M’10 was named the USI associate director of Athletics in 2025 with a focus on events, where she oversees home games for our sport programs. She also serves as sport supervisor for the volleyball, swimming & diving and golf programs.
Fulton’s career at USI started in 2002 when she joined the Athletics’ staff as the ticket manager. She rose through the departmental ranks, earning a promotion in 2007 to coordinator of Athletics outreach and events, then promoted to assistant AD in 2015, before being elevated to her current position.
During her tenure as a coordinator, Fulton was the USI baseball administrator during the Screaming Eagles’ runs to the 2010 and 2014 national championships.
A USI alumna, Fulton earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations in 2006 and her master’s degree in public administration in 2010. She serves as a Lecturer in Communication Studies in USI’s College of Liberal Arts where she teaches Public Speaking courses.
Fulton resides on Evansville’s west side.
