CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing 14th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC honors with her sixth-place showing at the GLVC Championships...was USI's top finisher at the Greater Louisville Classic...was USI's No. 2 finisher in four other meets, including the GLVC and Midwest Region Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-America honors after finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...finished third in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the mile during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-America honors after finishing sixth in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...finished fourth in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships and was 24th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...jumped into second-place all-time at USI in the women's outdoor 5,000 meters with her time of 16:34.27 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...earned GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors following her effort...also ran the second-fastest time in program history in the 10,000 meters with her mark of 34:57.45 at the NCAA II Championships.

2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after finishing 14th at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 3 finisher at the GLVC and NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...ran top five for the Eagles in all six meets she competed in. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed primarily in the 3,000 meters, but also made appearances in the mile and the distance medley relay...finished sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Made appearances in the 1,500 meters, 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000 meters, and 10,000 meters during the outdoor campaign, but competed primarily in the 5,000 meters...was fifth in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing 35th at the GLVC Championships...competed in three meets during the fall, including the NCAA II National Championships, where she finished 208th. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in the mile, the 3,000 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the distance medley relay during the indoor season...finished ninth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's DMR to a seventh-place showing at the league meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 1,500 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor campaign...finished fifth in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2011-12
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in six meets and finishing 25th at the GLVC Championships...finished 50th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was one of USI's top seven finishers in five meets and one of USI's top-five finishers twice...was USI's third runner to cross the finish line at the regional meet. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished fifth in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...appeared in the 3,000 and/or the 5,000 meters in six meets. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in just one meet, finishing seventh in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Northridge High School (Middlebury, Indiana) where she earned varsity letters in cross country and track...was a two-time All-State performer in cross country...place in the top 40 at the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships as a sophomore, junior, and senior...was 23rd at the state meet as a senior in 2010 after placing second at semi-state and third at regionals...was 39th at the IHSAA Cross Country Championships in 2009 and 21st at the state meet in 2008...finished fourth in the 3,200 meters at the IHSAA State Track and Field Championships in 2011 after recording a 12th-place finish in the same event at the 2010 state meet.
