2014-15
OVERALL: Earned a combined four All-America awards as well as three All-Midwest Region and three All-GLVC accolades...also earned first-team Academic All-America honors as well as Academic All-District IV...was a combined five-time GLVC Cross Country/Track Athlete of the Week. CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 11th at the NCAA II National Championships...her placement at the national meet was the highest for a USI women's cross country runner since Mary Ballinger finished fifth at the 2009 NCAA II National Championships and the second-highest program history...also earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing fifth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...garnered All-GLVC honors as well as Academic All-GLVC honors...with a third-place showing at the GLVC Championships...earned GLVC Runner of the Week honors three times, tying Ballinger and Heather Cooksey for the single-season record at USI...was USI's top performer in all but one meet, recording a first-place finish at the season-opening Stegemoller Classic...broke the school-record in the 5k with her performance at the UK Bluegrass Invitational. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Collected first-team All-America honors in the 5,000 meters after finishing eighth in the event at the NCAA II Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 5,000 meters...earned second-team All-GLVC honors in the 3,000 meters after finishing second in the event at the GLVC Championships...garnered GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors following her efforts at the GVSU Big Meet...also made appearances in the mile and the distance medley relay...helped USI's DMR squad to a fifth-place finish at the league meet...posted first-place finishes in both the mile and the 3,000 meters during the regular-season...also posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 3,000 meters. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-America honors in both the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season...finished second in the 10,000 meters and fifth in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships...set the school-record in the 10,000 meters with her effort at the NCAA II Championships...was in a virtual tie for the lead in the 10,000 meters at the national meet heading into the final 300 meters...earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 10,000 meters after recording the eighth-fastest time in the nation during the regular season...garnered first-team All-GLVC honors in the 5,000 meters after finishing first in the event at the GLVC Championships...earned GLVC Track Athlete of the Week honors following her 10,000-meter performance at the Mt. SAC Relays...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for track & field.

2013-14
SOCCER:
Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after starting all 17 matches in her final season...tied for fourth on the team in scoring with seven points on two goals and three assists...concluded her career with 43 points on 17 goals and nine assists...ranks eighth all-time at USI in scoring, goals, and assists. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in just two meets, but made a big splash as she won the mile with an NCAA II provisional qualifying time at the Jerry England Open...finished third in the 3,000 meters with a provisional qualifying time in the 3,000 meters a week later at the Hoosier Open...also ran the 4x400-meter relay at the Jerry England Open...spent the spring semester studying at Harlaxton College in England and missed the remainder of the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for track & field.

2012: Named Academic All-GLVC...started all 18 matches as a junior...ranked third on the team with 11 points on five goals and one assist...scored the game-winning goal in the win over the University of Illinois Springfield...also assisted on the game-winning goal versus Missouri University of Science & Technology.

2011: Led the team with four game-winning goals...started all 19 matches as a sophomore...ranked fourth on the team with nine points on four goals and one assist.

2010: Named Academic All-GLVC...started 18 of 19 matches as a freshman...was second on the team with 16 points on six goals and four assists...tied for 10th in the GLVC in points and goals scored...scored the game-winning goal against Oakland City University and Maryville University...scored a season-best two goals against Oakland City...dished out a season-high two assists against the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned letters in soccer and basketball at Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, Missouri).

CLUB SOCCER: Member of the JB Marine Soccer Club which was second in 2008 and 2009 in Missouri.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Brad and Jean Kohnen.
