Biography
2025:
- Appeared in 15 matches with one start, totaling 326 minutes played as a junior.
- Scored one of USI's six goals against Purdue Fort Wayne on September 14.
- Took eight shots with four on goal, including a season-high three shots and two on target against Western Illinois on October 26.
- Played a season-high 51 minutes in the OVC first-round match against Southeast Missouri State on October 30.
2024 (EASTERN KENTUCKY):
- Appeared in 10 games and logged 121 minutes as a sophomore.
- Tallied three shots with one on target.
- Recorded one shot on goal in 11 minutes against East Tennessee State (Aug. 18).
- Notched a season-best two shots and season-high 21 minutes against Southern Indiana (Aug. 25).
- Accumulated 17 minutes of action against Vanderbilt (Sept. 12).
2023 (EASTERN KENTUCKY):
- Played in 15 games with one start as a freshman.
- Ended the season with 11 shots and one goal.
- Made collegiate debut against Western Michigan (Aug. 20) at home, logging just two minutes.
- Played 41 minutes against Belmont (Aug. 24) and scored first collegiate goal, had a career-high three shots and two on target.
- Had two shots against Austin Peay (Sept. 17).
- Played 30 or more minutes against Central Arkansas and Stetson to end the season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Named the No. 8 player in Ohio her senior season and "Best Southwest Ohio Girls Soccer Player to Watch" by the Cincinnati Enquirer.
- Attended Lakota East High School (Liberty Township, Ohio) and played for Tom McEwan.
- Helped the Thunderhawks to a 29-35-5 overall record mark, including 22-10-4 in GMC contests.
- Captured two GMC Championships in the 2022 & 2021 seasons.
- Two-time First-Team All-GMC selection, and an All-Southwest Ohio and Second-Team All-Ohio honoree.
- Scored 23 goals with nine assists in three seasons with Lakota East.
CLUB SOCCER:
- Played club for Ohio Elite ECNL and Cincinnati United Premier from 2019-2022.
- Won the North America Cup in her U16 season.
- Won the Ohio State Cup and played in the National Championship during the 2021-22 season, scoring 32 goals.
PERSONAL:
- Daughter of David and Julie Cox.
- Has two sisters, Rebecca and Jessica.
- Her father, David, played collegiate basketball for Union College in Kentucky.
