OVERALL: Earned Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District IV honors for cross country and track & field. CROSS COUNTRY: Garnered All-Midwest Region accolades, All-GLVC honors, and Academic All-GLVC distinction after finishing fourth at the GLVC Championships and 18th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was USI's top finisher throughout the post-season as she recorded a 59th-place finish at the NCAA II National Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher in the three meets leading up to the GLVC Championships after opening the year as USI's No. 3 runner at the Stegemoller Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated in four meets and two events (3,000 meters and 5,000 meters) during the indoor campaign...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters and seventh in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors and All-Midwest Region honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after finishing first in the event at both the Bellarmine Classic and the GLVC Championships...finished 18th in the steeplechase at the NCAA II Championships...was sixth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also made appearances in both the 1,500 meters and the 10,000 meters during the outdoor season...was named the GLVC Track Athlete of the Week following her effort in the steeplechase at the Bellarmine Classic...earned Academic All-GLVC honors in track and field for the fourth straight season.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing 13th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC honors for the second time and Academic All-GLVC accolades for the third straight year after finishing fourth at the GLVC Championships...was one of USI's top-two finishers in five of USI's six meets...was one of USI's top three finishers in each meet and was USI's top performer at the regional meet. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished ninth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships while helping USI's 4x200-meter relay team to a ninth-place finish at the league meet...also made two appearances in the 3,000 meters during the season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, where she earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second in the event at the GLVC Championships...finished first in the steeplechase at the Bellarmine Classic...also competed in the 5,000 meters...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third consecutive year.
2010-11
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season after finishing 17th at the GLVC Championships and 45th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...ran top seven for the Eagles in all five meets...had a top finish of fourth at the Fast Cats Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters throughout the indoor season, finishing 10th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships and 15th in the 3,000 meters at the league meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 11th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...finished second in the steeplechase at the Pacesetter Invitational and the Louisville Cardinal Twilight...also competed in the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second year in a row.
2009-10
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned GLVC Freshman of the Year and All-GLVC honors after finishing eighth at the GLVC Championships...becomes the fourth women's runner in school history to earn GLVC Freshman of the Year accolades...finished 30th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 136th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran top seven for the Eagles in six meets and top five in five meets...also earned Academic All-GLVC honors. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 12th in the 3,000 meters and 15th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the mile during the regular season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing third in the 10,000 meters and helping USI's 4x100-meter relay team to a sixth-place showing at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters during the regular season...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Central High School (Evansville) where she earned letters in cross country, track, and soccer...was CHS's Runner of the Year in cross country twice...earned All-Conference honors...finished second at the Mater Dei Sectional Championships and fourth at the Pike Central Regional Championships as a senior in 2008...also finished 29th at the Brown County Semi-State Championships in 2008...won the city championship in the 1,600 meters in 2009...personal bests entering 2009 cross country season were 19:52 (5k), 2:28 (800m), 5:21 (1,600m), and 11:48 (3,200m)...earned Academic All-City honors in cross country as well as Academic All-State honors in soccer...member of the National Honor Society, the Drama Club, the German Club, and Starpower at CHS.
