CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the fourth consecutive year after competing in two meets and finishing 81st at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK: Competed in two meets and three events (400 meters, 600 meters, and distance medley relay) during the indoor season...did not compete at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in two meets and two races (100 meters and 1,500 meters) during the outdoor campaign...did not compete at the GLVC Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the fourth year in a row.

2008-09
CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third straight season...competed in five meets, finishing 41st at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK: Earned All-America honors after helping USI's distance medley relay team to a fifth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...helped USI to a third-place finish at the GLVC Championships and was 16th in the 800 meters at the league meet...also ran on USI's 4x400-meter relay team...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third straight season. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

2007-08
CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight year...ran top seven for USI twice...finished 48th at the GLVC Championships with a 6k time of 24:46.95...had a season-best 5k time of 19:46.16 at the Greater Louisville Classic. INDOOR TRACK: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after helping USI's distance medley relay team to a first-place finish and season-best time of 12:15.20 at the GLVC Championships...finished 12th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted a season-best 800-meter time of 2:25.18 at the Tiger Invitational...ran the 600 meters in a season-best time of 1:46.48 at the Eastern Illinois Invitational...helped USI to an eighth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the GLVC Championships and to a season-best 4x400-meter relay time of 4:25.16 at the DePauw Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished 13th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted a season-best 800-meter time of 2:20.55 at the Eastern Kentucky Open...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a seventh-place finish and season-best time of 4:17.16 at the GLVC Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season.

2006-07
CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...ran top six for USI in one meet...finished 74th at the GLVC Championships with a 6k time of 25:25.03...was 26th at the Saluki Invitational with a season-best 5k time of 19:20.90. INDOOR TRACK: Helped USI's distance medley relay team to two second-place finishes, one third-place showing, and a ninth-place finish at the NCAA II Indoor Championships...USI's DMR was second at the GLVC Championship and second at the Hoosier Hills Invitational with a season-best time of 11:58.81...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place finish and a season-best time of 4:14.48 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational...ran the 600 meters in 1:45.21 at the Indiana Open II, the 800 meters in 2:26.91 at the DePauw Invitational, and the mile in 5:19.88 at the Gladstein Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Was USI's top 800-meter competitor in the outdoor season, posting a season-best time of 2:17.35 at the Dr. Keeler Invitational...also posted a season-best 200-meter time of 28.24 seconds and 400-meter time of 1:02.31 at the Vanderbilt Invitational...finished 7th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 2:19.38...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a seventh-place finish and a season-best time of 4:16.87 at the GLVC Championships...posted a season-best 1,500-meter time of 4:50.88 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Central High School where she varsity letters in cross country, track, basketball, and soccer...four-time All-Conference and All-City performer in cross country...qualified for semi-state in cross country four times...also was a three-time All-Conference and three-time All-City selection in track...earned All-State honorable mention honors in cross country and won the Evansville City Championship in the 800 meters as a freshman...finished 12th in the 800 meters at the IHSAA Track and Field Championships after capturing the sectional and regional titles as a sophomore...was the sectional champion in the 800 meters as a junior...helped the CHS cross country team win conference, sectional, and regional championships as a sophomore in 2003...was a three-time Academic All-City selection and has been a member of several student organizations, including the IHSAA Student Advisory Commission.
