CROSS COUNTRY: Earned third-team CoSIDA Academic All-America honors and first-team CoSIDA Academic All-District IV accolades...was the GLVC Runner of the Year as well as the GLVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year after finishing first at the GLVC Championships...injury prevented her from competing at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC honors for the third straight season...was USI's top finisher in all five meets she competed in...finished first in the Little State competition of the Indiana Intercollegiate and was first at the Fast Cats Classic...was twice named the GLVC Runner of the Week. INDOOR TRACK: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.
2010-11
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 40th at the NCAA II National Championships and All-Midwest Region honors after placing sixth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also earned All-GLVC honors after finishing second at the GLVC Championships...season-best 6k time of 21:34.08 at the regional meet moved her into fourth-place all-time at USI at that distance...was named the GLVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for women's cross country and earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third year in a row. INDOOR TRACK: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after winning the GLVC Championship in the 3,000 meters and helping the Eagles' Distance Medley Relay team to a fourth-place finish at the league meet...also was USI's top 5,000-meter runner. OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after winning the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...finished 11th at the NCAA II Championships in the 10,000 meters...broke her own school-record in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays...also posted a provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the third straight season and third-team CoSIDA Academic All-District V accolades.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after finishing sixth at the GLVC Championships...was USI's number two runner four times during the regular season...ran top five for USI six times and top seven in all of USI's seven meets...finished 57th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 124th at the NCAA II National Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season. INDOOR TRACK: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing third in the 3,000 meters and fourth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed on USI's distance medley relay team at the Indiana Relays. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished 15th in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships after qualifying as the 18th competitor in the field...earned first-team All-GLVC honors after finishing first in the 3,000 meters and helping USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...won the 5,000 meters at the Bellarmine Invitational...was named the GLVC Female Track Athlete of the Week for her fourth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season.
2008-09
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...competed in four races during her freshman year, running top seven in two meets. INDOOR TRACK: Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also ran the 1,000 meters and the mile at the Hoosier Invitational...OUTDOOR TRACK: Was sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Lake Central High School (St. John, Indiana) where she earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track...was a member of the 2007 Nike Team Nationals Midwest Regional championship squad...was a three-time All-Region and All-Sectional performer...also earned All-Semi State, All-Conference, and honorable mention All-State honors as a senior on the cross country course...helped LCHS to a semi-state record for the lowest point total (32) in 2007 after helping her squad to four straight sectional and regional titles...also helped her squad to a 21st-place finish at the Nike Team National Championships in 2007...on the track, she helped lead LCHS to four straight sectional titles and the 2008 regional title...was on the Academic Honor Roll all four years in high school...was a member of the National Honor Society, the Yearbook, and participated in the Dollars for Scholars program...also helped with the Special Olympics.
