CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC honors after finishing fourth at the GLVC Championships...finished 21st at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and was 148th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran top five for USI four times and top seven five times...was USI's second finisher at the GLVC Championships. INDOOR TRACK: Earned All-America honors after helping USI to a fifth-place finish in the distance medley relay at the NCAA II Championships...finished eighth in the mile at the GLVC Championships...also helped USI's DMR team to a third-place showing at the conference meet...reach an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet...also posted USI's top 800-meter time of the season at the Gladstein Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing fourth in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...won the 1,500 meters and the 3,000 meters at the Rose-Hulman Twilight...recorded an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in her first-ever 3,000-meter steeplechase competition...also competed in the 800 meters.

INDOOR TRACK: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after helping USI's distance medley relay team to a first-place finish and season-best time of 12:15.20 at the GLVC Championships...also placed sixth in the mile, while helping USI's 4x400-meter relay team to an eighth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...ran the mile in a season-best time of 5:16.39 at the Tiger Invitational and the 800 meters in a season-best time of 2:23.84 at the DePauw Classic...posted a season-best 1,000-meter time of 3:11.64 at the Eastern Illinois Invitational...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a season-best time of 4:25.16 at the DePauw Classic. INDOOR TRACK: Helped USI's distance medley relay team to two second-place finishes, one third-place showing, and a ninth-place finish at the NCAA II Indoor Championships...USI's DMR was second at the GLVC Championship and second at the Hoosier Hills Invitational with a season-best time of 11:58.81...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a 10th-place finish and a season-best time of 4:14.48 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational...ran the 600 meters in 1:48.75 at the Indiana Open II...was fifth in the open finals of the 800 meters at the Hoosier Relays after running a season-best 800-meter time of 2:17.84 in the prelims...ran the mile in a season-best time of 5:11.32 at the Gladstein Invitational. 2005-06
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in two meets, running top seven for the Eagles in both meets...was 20th at the UE Early Bird Invitational with a 4k time of 16:42.50...finished 42nd in the Little State competition of the Indiana Intercollegiate with a 5k time of 20:48.00. INDOOR TRACK: Was USI's top 800-meter runner, posting a third-place finish at the GLVC Championships with a season-best time of 2:19.41...ran the 800-meter leg on USI's distance medley relay team that finished 10th at the NCAA II Championships, second at the GLVC Championships, and first at the Hoosier Hills Invitational...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...ran the 1,000 meters in 3:09.20 at the DePauw Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished seventh in the 800 meters at the Pacesetter Invitational with a season-best time of 2:21.74...was 10th in the 800 meters and seventh in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...had a season-best time of 4:49.22 in the 1,500 meters at the Pacesetter Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Owensboro Catholic High School where she earned second-team All-State honors as a senior in cross country after earning honorable mention All-State honors in 2001 and 2003... was a four-time state qualifier in cross country, where she was 14th at the Kentucky Class AA Championships and OCHS’s most valuable runner in 2004...has competed in anything from the 200 meters to the 5,000 meters...was a three-time state qualifier in track and finished eighth in the 400 meters at the Kentucky Class AA State Track and Field Championships in 2004 and ninth in the 200 meters at the state meet in 2003.
